To provide, maintain, and protect the service: authenticating sessions, enforcing tenant workspace isolation, conducting requested company discovery, and sending authorized transactional notices.

We do not sell personal information to third parties, nor do we train global AI models on your private customer catalogues.

Hosting & Database: Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1 (SQL), and Cloudflare R2 object storage.

Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc.

Transactional Communications: Resend / Cloudflare Native Email Delivery.

Model Inference: Cloudflare AI and designated enterprise model providers with zero-data-retention agreements.

Your workspace data persists while your account remains active. Account deletion permanently purges solely-owned workspaces, stored catalogues, and credentials.

Billing transaction records are retained in compliance with applicable statutory tax and accounting regulations.

Under GDPR, CCPA, and global privacy standards, you have the right to inspect, export, correct, or request deletion of your personal data.
