Prohibited Activities
To preserve high email deliverability for all customers, the following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Sending bulk untargeted messages, generic blast spam, or using the platform to harass recipients.
- Ignoring opt-outs, suppression requests, or applicable electronic-marketing laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL, PECR).
- Uploading malicious files, phishing links, or unauthorized proprietary material you do not own.
- Scraping the service, probing other tenant workspaces, or attempting to circumvent plan quotas or rate limits.
- Misrepresenting the sender identity, spoofing headers, or attempting to send from unverified third-party domains.
- Using prospect information for predatory, unlawful, or discriminatory purposes.
Enforcement & Termination
Violations of this policy will result in sequence delivery suspension, rate limit throttling, or immediate workspace termination without refund in egregious abuse cases.
