Data Processing Addendum
Hopkins acts as a processor for the personal data customers submit to their workspaces. We are finalising the standard DPA with counsel. A signed DPA is available on request while the public version is being prepared.
The DPA will cover processing purposes, subprocessors, security measures, international transfers, breach notification, and the deletion/return of data at the end of the agreement.
To request a copy or execute a DPA, email support@hopkins.delivery with your company name and workspace ID.
